Firm & Philosophy
G Design Studio was a fresh found in 2014 as “Gabriel Design Studio” by architect Gabriel Punitharaj with his practicing plans. Lapse of time the laddered the firm with the annex of Govarthanam Viswanathan as a partner, making the palette of the firm strong and rich with the planning of large format spaces like apartments, group housings and urban intervention.
We are a design centric organisation with the utmost care on detailing. The Practice lays emphasis on design solutions that are relevant to their context, as well as to international trends that amply serve their functions and are aesthetically pleasing. Our designs are rooted in our collaborations with clients at every phase – towards the benefit of the project and the client’s satisfaction. With an adaptive and enthusiastic work environment, we craft effective and ingenious solutions through meaningful dialogue with our clients and team. We focus on people oriented design. We realize that spaces are meant to be inhabited and spaces must be meaningful. The aim is to develop sound and solutions that remain a positive contribution to the built environment.

OUR VALUE
We ensure extensive drawing support for all our projects. Every decision is well documented and carried out at site with a full set of documents and details. This helps the contractors and our clients to save time and monitor progress. We strive in creating a sense of harmony and an aesthetic environment. We don’t charge on a percentage basis or have markups on vendor/contractor quotes. We charge straight forward for our efforts & time which varies with project complexity, scale and scope of work involved. Plus we transfer all vendor discounts.
